Daastan exists because talent has never been the scarce thing in Pakistan — access has. A writer with a finished manuscript and no contacts had nowhere obvious to take it, and we set out to be that place.
We handle a book end to end: editing, cover and interior design, an ISBN from our own registered block, printing, and distribution to bookshops and online. Royalties are paid on every copy sold and tracked on a dashboard the author can open any day of the week.
A book does not end at the printer, so neither do we. Launches, literary evenings and festival appearances put our writers in front of readers, and a title stays on sale long after its publication day.

The detailed analysis often feels self-congratulatory, lacking the necessary critical examination of implementation failures.
It's such a beautiful piece of art i don't have worss to describe it's beauty. Its as beautiful as the author's soul because it's somehow a part of her life. I've already recommended it to my friends and family. Would love to read her upcoming books!!
